Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic individuals to handle nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed pickup truck or cart to service residents, and operate the company's field app for timekeeping and reporting.

No prior experience required; training provided. You must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and comfort working evenings 8:00pm– finished.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed.
• Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using the tote or cart.
• Use the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash safely using open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose on-site.
• Perform additional services as assigned, like porter service, bulk item hauling, and light cleaning.
• Communicate daily with supervisor to maintain workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize noise for residents.

• Lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather.
• Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties).

• Work independently and efficiently.
