Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to be the face of nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across our multifamily communities. No prior experience required; we provide training to excel.

Candidates must own an open-bed pickup truck, have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs while working outdoors. Availability is Sunday through Thursday evenings, from 8:00pm until finish (about 2–3 hours).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must own an open-bed pickup truck or have access to one.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed.
• Use the assigned trash tote to collect bagged trash at each residence.
• Utilize the field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
