Job summary

Butler Plus is hiring for a part-time evening service role serving multifamily communities. You will perform doorstep trash and recycling collection, using an open-bed pickup truck where required, and operate the company field app for timekeeping and reporting.

No prior experience? Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within a growing company with a reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver on the insurance (mandatory for properties requiring a truck).

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed.
• Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using the tote or cart.
• Use Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport trash to on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities.
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize noise for residents and adhere to company values.
