Responsibilities include explaining parking procedures, handling revenue, and delivering messages or amenities as requested, while adhering to safety standards and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• One month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles for delivering customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English; basic arithmetic and time-telling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, reservations, and information about local facilities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and collect claim checks and tickets.
• Maintain accurate ticketing information and revenue handling for vehicles in the valet system.
