Job summary

Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Philadelphia to provide exceptional hospitality during arrival and departure. You will assist guests with parking, luggage, and related services in a friendly, efficient manner, ensuring a smooth experience.

Shifts are 3pm–11pm with open availability. Compensation includes an hourly base pay plus tips, with benefits eligibility for qualifying roles. Join a team delivering high-quality parking and mobility experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state or be within commuting distance.
• Work experience: One month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge: Principles for providing customer service.
• Skills: Read/write English and basic math; understand time formats; basic money handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect keys and claim checks.
• Provide directions and local information; coordinate with guests for transportation needs.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and handle cash/revenue as required.
