Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage on arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient guest service, accurate ticketing, and knowledge of local attractions. Morning and evening shifts are available; benefits may apply based on position and schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests, coworkers and clients; greet guests within five feet.
• Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette and welcome guests; follow designated area procedures.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist guests with luggage storage when needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; inform about facilities and nearby attractions; shuttle guests as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks and tickets; ensure accuracy of vehicle/location data and revenue collection.
