Towne Park in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures.

The position offers mid-shift 12pm-8pm and/or 2pm-10pm with an hourly base pay of $11 plus tips, plus benefits including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine and a 401k retirement savings plan.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hospitality services in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and process keys and claim checks; manage tickets and revenue as needed.
