Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate for part-time evening shifts (3:00pm - 11:00pm, Fri & Sat). The role emphasizes friendly hospitality, safe vehicle valet service, and luggage assistance, with daily cash tips and potential benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking/retrieving vehicles, explaining rates, and supporting guests with directions and requests. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and basic math and English skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license within commuting distance from the state you are applying to work.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; share information about local attractions and meeting spaces.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys and claim checks; ensure accurate ticket and revenue handling.
• Support guests with luggage delivery/pick up and assist with luggage as applicable.
• Complete all duties efficiently to contribute to overall guest satisfaction.
