The position requires a pleasant demeanor, strong English communication, and basic math for ticketing and payments, with a schedule from 3pm to 11pm and potential tips along with the hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Basic arithmetic and money handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients. Greets guests within five feet and uses guest last names.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures, manages keys, tickets, and receipts, and collects payments.
• Provides directions and information on area attractions, taxis, reservations, and amenities.
• Maintains accurate ticket and revenue records and ensures proper key tagging and folio updates.
