Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and answer questions about local amenities and parking options.

The role requires a friendly, professional attitude, strong English communication, and the ability to handle cash and timing. This is an on-site position with potential for tips and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
