Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Philadelphia to deliver exceptional hospitality during arrivals and departures. You will help guests with parking, luggage, and directions while maintaining a friendly and efficient service mindset.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience. The schedule is 3pm–11pm; benefits include accident/illness/hospital coverage and a 401(k) plan where eligible.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license within commuting distance from the state.
• One month related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Able to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Keeps a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and uses guests' last names.
• Greet guests, assist with check-in and provide a welcoming service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information on amenities.
• Explain parking rates, issue keys, and manage ticket information accurately.
• Support arrival and departure processes to meet guest expectations.
