The ideal candidate will have an Associate/Diploma RN with 2+ years of experience, Ohio RN licensure, and a willingness to pursue BSN/MSN if not already held. TruMerit validation is required for foreign graduates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience after Associate/Diploma.
• BSN or MSN preferred; if not held, must enroll within 1 year and complete within 5 years.
• Active Ohio RN license; may require other state licensure.
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMerit per Ohio Board rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards in the department and hospital.
• Provide clinical nursing care following protocols and care plans.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team and governance structures.
• Document care plans, delivery, and patient outcomes; educate patients and families.
