Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN License; may require other state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS standards and department policies.
• Monitor safety and adhere to safety and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with managers, nurse council, and magnet representatives on safety initiatives.
• Document plan of care, care delivered, and patient/family outcomes.
• Provide structured education to patients and families using teach-back.
