Job summary

Topaz HR is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to support evening transportation operations for a growing logistics firm in the New York area. You will coordinate drivers, monitor routes, and handle service disruptions while maintaining clear, proactive communication with drivers and the operations team.

The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, can juggle multiple priorities, and provides professional customer service. CDL is a plus, but not required; weekend coverage may be needed.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch/logistics/transportation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily transportation routes.

• Assist with route planning and schedule adjustments.
