Job summary

Protocase Inc. is seeking an Operational Leadership Team member to build high-performing production teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the Wilmington, NC floor.

You will lead daily execution, coach staff, and relentlessly pursue continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on problem solving, with a shift-based schedule (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and on-site responsibilities.

• Proven experience leading teams in manufacturing/ops.
• Strong accountability and performance improvement track record.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ownership mindset with urgency and accountability.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop frontline employees.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for every shift and monitor workflow.
• Provide hands-on support on the production floor and remove obstacles.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members; onboard new staff and equipment.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and quality standards are met.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements through coaching and accountability.
