Protocase Inc. is seeking an Operational Leadership Team lead for the afternoon shift in Wilmington, NC. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on building high-performing production teams and delivering quality, efficiency, and safety.

You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations, train employees, remove obstacles, and coach for continuous improvement. Strong leadership and accountability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; asset for post-secondary education in Manufacturing, Leadership, or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop frontline employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution on the production floor with clear shift expectations.
• Provide hands-on operational support; remove obstacles and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Develop your team through coaching, training, and onboarding of new staff and equipment.
• Enforce SOPs, quality standards, and safe work practices every day.
• Own KPIs: monitor output, quality, efficiency, attendance, and other metrics; drive improvements.
