Kearsley Community Schools is seeking a dynamic Community Recreation Center Evening Supervisor to oversee the center's community use and ensure a welcoming environment during evening hours.

The ideal candidate will be AED/CPR certified, have experience supervising adults in a fitness setting, and be passionate about promoting health, wellness, and recreation opportunities for the Kearsley community. This role may evolve with expanding programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of daily operations of the Community Recreation Center, ensuring a safe, clean, and friendly environment during community use hours.
• Manage registrations and annual dues collection of Kearsley Fitness Club members, including residency verifications.
• Maintain inventory and care of the facility and its equipment and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Enforce all facility rules and ensure compliance with all district policies and applicable safety regulations.
• Provide updates to the school and community through newsletters, social media, and other communication platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between Kearsley Community Schools and the broader Kearsley community.
