Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of daily operations of the Community Recreation Center, ensuring a safe, clean, and friendly environment during community use hours.
• Manage registrations and annual dues collection of Kearsley Fitness Club members, including residency verifications.
• Maintain inventory and care of the facility and its equipment and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Enforce all facility rules and ensure compliance with all district policies and applicable safety regulations.
• Provide updates to the school and community through newsletters, social media, and other communication platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between Kearsley Community Schools and the broader Kearsley community.

Kearsley Community Schools is seeking a dynamic, organized, and community-oriented individual to serve as the Community Recreation Center Supervisor. This person will oversee the community use of the Kearsley Community Recreation Center, manage facility use and create a welcoming environment for all participants. There is potential that the position could grow in the future as additional programs and recreation opportunities are considered to be added.
