Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of the daily operations of the Community Recreation Center, ensuring a safe, clean, and friendly environment during community use hours.
• Manage all member registrations and annual dues collection of Kearsley Fitness Club members, including residency verifications.
• Maintain inventory and care of the facility and its equipment and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Enforce all facility rules and ensure compliance with all district policies and applicable safety regulations.
• Provide updates to the school and community through newsletters, social media, and other communication platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between Kearsley Community Schools and the broader Kearsley community.
