• Manage all member registrations and annual dues collection of Kearsley Fitness Club members, including residency verifications.
• Maintain inventory and care of the facility and its equipment and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Enforce all facility rules and ensure compliance with all district policies and applicable safety regulations.
• Provide updates to the school and community through newsletters, social media, and other communication platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between Kearsley Community Schools and the broader Kearsley community.

Position Overview

Kearsley Community Schools is seeking a dynamic, organized, and community-oriented individual to serve as the Community Recreation Center Supervisor. This person will oversee the community use of the Kearsley Community Recreation Center, manage facility use and create a welcoming environment for all participants. There is potential that the position could grow in the future as additional programs and recreation opportunities are considered to be added. The ideal candidate will be AED/CPR certified, have experience supervising adults in a fitness setting and is passionate about promoting health, wellness, and recreation opportunities for the Kearsley Community.
