Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum two years of youth work or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a Center-wide diversified recreation program and develops/implements programs.
• Assist students in developing lifelong leisure skills and habits.
• Promote positive social behaviors and teamwork through activities.
• Ensure water-related activities are supervised by certified lifeguards and buddy system used.
• Develop and maintain a calendar of recreational activities and events.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and students and oversee programs.
