Qualifikationen

• Good judgment solving problems, making decisions and resolving grievances.
• Desire and ability to lead and manage associates.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Must meet physical requirements.
• NRF or similar accreditation as a Food Safety Manager or to attain within 90 days.

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and developing associates.
• Manage performance through coaching, appraisal and disciplinary efforts.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with emphasis on fast and easy service.
• Provide leadership within the store to reflect company principles and strategy.
• Ensure proper control of store funds and assets.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and ensure food safety standards.
• Understand and use company tools (ACIS, scheduling, CAO, reports).
• Support achievement of store budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maximize sales through excellent customer service and reduce shrink through proper practices.
• Ensure staffing across departments meets business needs.
• Interact with associates to communicate expectations and provide training.
• Complete CBT and Training courses.
