JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Stewarding Manager for its 270 Park Avenue headquarters to lead evening stewarding and utility operations. You will build a high-performing team, set departmental standards, and influence daily experiences for thousands of employees and guests.

You will report to the Head Steward within Global Real Estate Hospitality & Workplace Services, driving compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture of professionalism in a fast-paced corporate dining environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience leading stewarding or utility operations in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Supervisory experience including scheduling and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience establishing SOPs, checklists, and operational routines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible evening schedules as required by the operation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day stewarding and utility operations across all evening shifts, ensuring workflow and standards are met.
• Partner with front-of-house and back-of-house leadership to anticipate service needs and event requirements.
• Establish, implement, and maintain SOPs, checklists, and routines for accountability and consistency.
• Ensure sanitation standards, health regulations, and safe chemical handling are adhered to.
• Oversee operation of dishwashing and related stewarding equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Manage staffing plans and scheduling to align with volume and events.
• Lead onboarding, cross-training, and performance coaching for stewarding teams.
• Implement inventory control and loss prevention for service ware and glassware.
• Reinforce safe work practices and proper PPE usage across the team.
• Monitor trends and propose process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
