Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years recent and relevant foodservice experience in restaurants or business environment
• Strong client focus
• Ability to manage a large team at varying levels of experience, and ability to develop long term program strategies
• Strong business management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written
• Budget management and accounting experience necessary
• Master's degree preferred
• Project Management skillsStrong interpersonal/relationship skills
• Organized/detail oriented/multi-task

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with building departments and business leaders.
• Manage the foodservice vendor to provide a best-in-class unique food and beverage experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues related to Amenity Services.
• Foster a sense of community across Amenity Services and 383 Madison.
• Develop and implement policy and procedures related to Amenity Services.
• Monitor and manage the budget and overall financial performance of the Amenity Service operations.
• Oversee development and implementation of training programs and marketing strategy as it relates to Amenity Services operations.
• Ensure all aspects of local regulatory requirements including licenses are in place.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to achieve Amenity Service goals.
• Lead innovation in programming and Voice of the Customer initiatives.
