Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or additional two years of work experience in lieu of degree.
• Four years working in central sterile processing, manufacturing, logistics, or assembly in a healthcare environment with two years in progressive leadership.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification and CIS or CSIS certification; CHL within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily sterile processing operations to support OR and related departments.
• Trains and mentors staff; ensures staffing levels and budget compliance.
• Maintains safety and quality standards; participates in performance improvement activities.
