St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to create and maintain staffing schedules for SNF, Assisted Living, and Skilled Care units. This full-time role supports the nursing team and ensures accurate timekeeping and regulatory documentation.

The position requires a Florida CNA license, 2 years scheduling experience, and strong MS Office skills. Evening schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with holiday and weekend rotation.

Qualificações

• 2 years scheduling experience or related training (required).
• Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office (required).
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills (required).
• Active Florida CNA license (required).
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Applicants must be able to produce a negative drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain accurate staffing schedules for SNF, Assisted Living, and Skilled Care units.
• Manage time-off requests, call-outs, tardies, and schedule changes in OnShift.
• Monitor timekeeping records and prepare staffing and attendance reports.
• Maintain regulatory staffing documentation and PBJ updates.
• Serve as a primary contact for phone calls and inquiries, providing administrative support.
• Support nursing team, including assisting CNA duties when needed.
