St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a full-time Evening Nurse Supervisor to lead the clinical team on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift.

This supervisor role requires an active FL RN or LPN license and 1–3 years in a skilled nursing setting to ensure resident care remains high-quality and compliant. You will manage staff, coordinate care, participate in quality improvement, and serve as a resource during the evening shift while supporting families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license required.
• Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program.
• 1–3 years of SNF experience.
• Management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations and nursing staff on the evening shift.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and supervision.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and document appropriately.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
