Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Problem Resolution Specimen Technician in Chantilly, VA. The role supports testing and result reporting by solving specimen issues and coordinating with processing, referral testing, and technical departments.

The position requires strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Shift is Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with competitive hourly pay and eligible bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Primary point-of-contact for resolution of specimen problems and communication with internal departments to avoid delays.
• May call clients to obtain resolution of problems.
• Demonstrates competency with SOPs related to specimen processing problem resolution.
• Interprets specimen tracking data using available systems and records.
