Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual Site Supervisor to coordinate safe operations in the assigned program. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring sanitation and OSHA compliance, and producing routine reports while maintaining equipment and supply inventories.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, possibly forklift certification, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish where

Qualifications

• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license. May be forklift certified.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal skills, customer service, time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and discipline.
• Prepare written reports such as pass-down, weekly, or monthly.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager.
• Correct at‑risk behavior immediately and report to manager immediately.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
• Maintain records such as training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
