Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring an Area Supervisor in Santa Clara, CA. The role oversees daily operations across multiple sites, develops budgets, and fosters a safe, achievement-oriented environment.

You will supervise teams, hire and train staff, and ensure adherence to SBM policies and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong asset management knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• 2 years of related experience in the industry.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles.
• Ability to manage operatives and sub-contractors.
• Knowledge of maintenance techniques.
• Proficient with computer programs; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of multiple sites.
• Develop operating budgets and control expenses within those budgets.
• Create a positive, achievement-oriented work environment.
• Answer customer questions promptly and address concerns.
• Monitor ongoing work and implement production plans.
• Interview and hire new employees; train staff for smooth operation.
