Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV. You will support shop management through timely customer communications, scheduling, and maintenance file management.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance and rental counters, processing repair orders, and ensuring high CSI through effective communication and follow-up. It is an evening shift with a Monday–Friday schedule and hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Customer SERVICE: Improve the quality and consistency of customer communications and meet customers' expectations.
• WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT: Schedule repairs and manage planning to enhance branch productivity.
• PARTS MANAGEMENT: Support inventory planning and parts coordination to control costs.
• ADMINISTRATIVE: Handle shop calls and clerical duties, and process repair orders.
