Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns to meet expectations.
• Handle rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls.
• Maintain rental truck inventory levels with maintenance and asset management.
• Improve productivity through scheduling and planning.
• Create and maintain purchase/repair orders and related files.
• Manage parts to contain costs and support warranty needs.
