Job summary

Collectors is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support mail handling, packing, and shipping operations at our Santa Ana, CA office. You will open and sort mail, verify items, and prepare shipments while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Processing Supervisor, with shifts Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:00am.

Qualifications

• Reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and help as needed.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused mindset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Google Docs/Sheets, etc.
• Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry.

Responsibilities

• Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check items.
• Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
• Enter items and print stickers.
• Sort all orders by return carrier service.
• Verify order correctness and completeness.
• Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label.
• Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.
