Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a temp-to-hire Operations Associate for our Santa Ana, CA office, working the 3pm–11:30pm shift.

You will handle mail, itemize service types, verify payments, and process items through the database with accuracy. Responsibilities include encapsulating collectibles, sealing, packaging orders, and coordinating with Customer Service, Sales, and cross-functional teams on special projects.

Responsibilities

• Open, separate, and itemize department mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check items; verify service type against payment.
• Enter item information into the database and print stickers.
• Encapsulate and seal comic books; learn gasket sizes and holders.
• Inspect parts for defects; verify submission details and labels.
• Pack orders, seal containers, and attach outside labels.
• Process shipping for the designated return carrier and close orders.
• Safely handle valuable merchandise and maintain security throughout.
