Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking an Order Processor (Receiving and Shipping Clerk) for our Jersey City, NJ office, with a 7:45AM-4:15PM shift. The role focuses on mail handling, item verification, packing, and shipping administration.

Ideal candidates are reliable team players with good communication, able to work overtime, and comfortable with FIFO and Microsoft Office; prior receiving/shipping experience is a plus, and you may travel for trade shows.

Qualifications

• You understand and follow FIFO.
• Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience is a plus.
• Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry.

Responsibilities

• Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check items.
• Typing/Printing LOO/LOAs.
• Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
• Enter items and print stickers.
• Sort all orders by return carrier service.
• Verify order correctness and completeness.
• Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label.
• Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.
