Job summary

Collectors is seeking an Order Processor (Receiving and Shipping Clerk) to join our Jersey City, NJ Operations team. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and runs 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM, with overtime as needed.

You will handle mail, verify items, print labels, and prepare shipments for return carriers. You should be a reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication, capable of working fast-paced, multi-task environments, and familiar with Microsoft Office and Google

Qualifications

• Typing/printing mail pieces and labels as needed.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced mailroom/shipping environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to multiple roles as needed.
• Experience with FIFO and basic shipping/receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check items; verify service type with payment.
• Enter items, print stickers, and sort orders by carrier.
• Package orders and attach labels; process shipping with the return carrier.
