Job summary

Propark Mobility seeks a Union Remittance & Benefits Billing Specialist to oversee HR and union invoicing, remittances, and benefits billing. You will manage end-to-end invoice workflows, work with unions and fund administrators, and ensure accuracy in billing and reporting.

The role requires a sharp numerical eye, knowledge of CBA terms, and experience with payroll-related platforms. You will partner with HR and Finance in a fast-paced environment to maintain compliance and cost control.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in invoicing, accounts payable, billing, or HR/benefits finance support
• Experience with union remittance reporting or pension/health and welfare fund contributions
• Ability to read/apply CBA terms to invoice/remittance calculations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, data organization for financial tracking
• Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy in reconciling data and transactions

Responsibilities

• Process HR and union-related invoices from locals, fund administrators, vendors on a defined schedule
• Prepare monthly remittance reports and contributions to union locals and funds per CBA terms
• Calculate contributions based on hours worked, status, and rate for each agreement
• Process dues/remittances; ensure payroll deductions match reported amounts
• Manage end-to-end invoice workflow with HR and Finance sign-off and payment
• Maintain audit-ready records of invoices, remittance history, and approvals
• Reconcile invoices against payroll hours and eligibility data; resolve variances
