Job summary

ABM is seeking a Union Benefits Analyst to manage multi-state union processes and report fringe benefits per CBAs, maintaining EMS rules. The role requires strong organizational, research, and analytical abilities and the capacity to foster relationships with Accounting, FP&A, HR, Legal, Labor Managers, and Union Contacts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-state union processes and fringe-benefit reporting per CBAs.
• Maintain rules in the EMS entitlement system.
• Process union payments according to the various union contracts ABM handles.
• Coordinate with Accounting, FP&A, HR, Legal, Labor Managers and Union Contacts.

ABM is hiring a Union Benefits Analyst tobe responsible for multi-state union processes and reporting of fringe benefits based on Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and maintaining the rules in the Entitlement Management System (EMS). The union segment requires a different approach when processing union payments based on the numerous union contracts that ABM is involved with on a yearly basis. A successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, research and analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with Accounting, FP&A, Human Resources, Legal, Labor Managers at ABM along with Union Contacts is crucial.

This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (in-office 4 days/week) located in our Sugar Land, TX office!
