Potbelly Associate positions are available for evening and night shifts starting after 4pm at our Noblesville location. Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen environment; knife skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed.
• Comply with health and safety standards for food and cleanliness.
• Restock food line, chips, and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Assist with delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
• Address customer concerns professionally.
