Job summary

Potbelly Corporate in Fishers, IN is hiring a Daytime Team Member for part-time shifts (First and Second). You will welcome customers, prepare and serve food, and keep a clean, fast-paced environment with a focus on friendly service. Availability within 8am–4pm is preferred to support morning and day operations.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old and customer-first mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in a busy kitchen; knife skills are a plus.
• Able to manage allergens (peanuts, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood).
• Team player; able to stand 3 hours or more; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations under supervision (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front).
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Restock food line and supplies as needed.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, and other items efficiently.
• Handle cash register and customer complaints professionally.
• Take delivery/catering/p pickup orders and assist with any tasks.
