Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Noblesville, IN is hiring Team Members for morning and day shifts (8am-4pm). Earn between $15.25 and $15.75 per hour plus digital tips, in a friendly, fast-paced setting. You’ll open the shop, prep food, and serve customers while delivering a consistent, quality product.

Minimum age is 16 with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Join a busy kitchen environment that values reliability, safety, and top-notch guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a bustling kitchen (knife skills a plus).
• Able to stand for 3 hours and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.) efficiently.
• If 18 or older, use of the automatic slicer to prep food items.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register: handle, balance and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Effectively handle customer complaints/issues.
• Takes delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
