Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow-up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery to support production needs.
• Serve as the main contact for suppliers; manage ship schedules and containment plans when behind schedule.
• Track critical parts and develop containment plans to avoid production interruptions.
• Coordinate alternative material sources and spot buys if needed.
• Monitor and manage truck loads to ensure material coverage at lowest cost.
• Review buffers to ensure build coverage and manage exception codes with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain inventory levels in MGO and post adjustments as needed.
