Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year administrative experience.
• At least 1 year relevant experience in supply chain.
• Intermediate knowledge of GM's MRP system (MGO).
• Knowledge of transportation management is a plus.
• Familiarity with material flow in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Follow up all purchased parts to ensure on-time delivery to support production.
• Serve as the main contact for suppliers and coordinate ship schedules.
• Track critical parts and implement containment plans to avoid downtime.
• Coordinate alternative sources or spot buys when needed.
• Maintain inventory levels in MGO and post adjustments as needed.
