ESFM, the corporate IFM division of Compass Group USA, seeks a Shift Supervisor in Clark, NJ. Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperforming staff.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
