Job summary

ESFM, the corporate IFM division of Compass Group USA, seeks a Shift Supervisor in Clark, NJ. The role directs associates during the 1:30 pm–10:00 pm shift, ensuring tasks are completed per policy and safety standards. Training and scheduling responsibilities accompany leadership duties to maintain productivity and quality.

• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Requirement : Experience required.

• Pay Range : $20.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.

• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.

• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
