ESFM, the Compass Group USA facilities management division, has an opening for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR in Clark, NJ. The role directs associates during a shift and ensures tasks meet policy and quality standards.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Experience is required and online applications are accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the point of contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
