Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support senior leadership in executing daily operations with urgency and a servant’s heart. You will coach team members, lead shifts, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires strong communication, reliable transportation, and a commitment to Chick-fil-A's values. Night-time, full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within an independent operator restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day high-volume restaurant operations.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Supervisor’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Supervisors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
