Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a rail loadout operator in Oklahoma to load aggregate materials into railcars safely and efficiently. You will perform pre-shift inspections and coordinate with team members to meet production and shipping schedules.

Safely operate rail loadout equipment to load aggregate materials into railcars accurately and efficiently.
Conduct pre-shift inspections and monitor equipment performance to ensure reliable operations.
Coordinate railcar movement and loading activities with team members to meet production and shipping schedules.
Maintain accurate loadout records, reports, and inventory documentation.
Support housekeeping, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and productive operation.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate industrial equipment and work in a production environment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional team members.
Capability to perform physically demanding work and adapt to changing operational priorities.
Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces while following established safety procedures.
Ability to wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Ability to maintain situational awareness and safely perform duties during extended periods of physical activity.

Starting pay $23.81 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
