Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking an on-site rail loading operator to safely load materials into railcars. You will monitor loading processes, inspect equipment for quality, and coordinate with rail crews, plant personnel, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Operate rail loadout systems to safely and efficiently load materials into railcars
Monitor loading processes and inspect equipment to ensure quality and accuracy
Coordinate with rail crews, plant personnel, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations
Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures while supporting production goals
Ability to safely operate and monitor rail loading equipment and systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in material handling
Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report operational issues
Commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
$22.48 to $26.00 per hour
