Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a motivated equipment operator to support daily production at our Lithonia, GA site. You will operate mobile and stationary equipment, perform pre-shift inspections, and follow safe operating procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Teamwork, safety commitment, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions are essential. Expect second shift, overtime, and weekend work when needed.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
